Now we know Kirsten's character name in All Good Things.
Amy, a publicist from ?All Good Things,? said that info previously posted on a blog, which said the movie is based on the Robert Durst saga (obtained from the CT Film Division Web site), is incorrect.
She also says Kirsten Dunst is playing a character named Katie Marks.

My take on this: Andrew Jarecki, director of the film, received extremely positive reviews for his crime documentary Capturing the Friedmans. I'll not be surprised if he did draw some real-life inspiration from the Robert Durst case, just to make the whole thing more real and intense. Btw, like Ryan Gosling's character in AGT, Robert Durst is also a son of the late New York real estate mogul, his wife disappeared in the 80s.

This movie gets more and more interesting...... not only cause Kirsten is playing there, but because of all the stories about the storyboard and the storybook..... I would watch it for sure even if Kirsten would not play there

I think the one scene was filmed June 24th (unless it took 2 days. )

If the "Body Rub Parlor" scene was filmed June 24th, then it's probably not the last scene to be filmed as Kirsten was still seen filming on 25th and 26th. Interesting enough, the taxi scene they filmed kind of matches some part of Robert Durst's story(the allegedly archetype for AGT). Also, could this "Body Rub Parlor" fit the description of the plot where Kirsten's character as a girl from the wrong side of track?
Ok, enough nonsense spoiler. We'll just have to wait one more year to find out!

By the way my citation was...of course from Hamlet (Sheakes.).
They don't film scenes in order but by location.
Don't spoil the film in case some of us would want to see it and contribute to KD's millions. If the movie gets to be interesting it will be for the plot (writers) and director's work more than her as they make the the thing, actors are tools.
Lastly we don't need by any means to go and have a crystal ball to know where she is and why should we?

I won't spoil the fun.
Voltaire was a great man, but I don't think his g/friend or wife (in his case possibly both) were impressed with being compared to a weather vane. And although I can't say why, the quote is somehow sexist.

Thanks for putting that image into my head gkfi. Now I'm going to be most disappointed if this doesn't turn out to be true
The "Body Rub Parlour" scene was filmed on wednesday 25th. Filming continued through the evening into the early hours of thursday. Pretty sure there was no filming on the 24th.
This speculation re the plot is getting ridiculous. According to whichever source you believe (if any) the films either
1. An accurate reconstruction of the Robert Durst case (but with names slightly changed etc).
2. Based on the Robert Durst case but not entirely the same.
3. Very loosely inspired by the Robert Durst case but with a different plot etc.
4. Nothing to do with the Robert Durst case at all.
Frankly i'd rather not know until i see the film, although no doubt we'll find out sometime before then.
However i do (for a change
) agree with traveller about posting info re the film. If anyone comes across some plot info re the film (whether confirmed or otherwise) by all means post a link to it here but please mention that it contains spoilers/potential spoilers.

My citation is: yes sexist (Voltaire was a moron on this), though mostly true for many men too; it also is a sad personal message to someone who reads this. (half joke).
And again a crime story works best if the plot is not known deforehand, so please no "spoilers" in clear!

I never learn anything beforehand, so I will give nothing away as to movies.
As to Voltaire, i figured out why the quote was sexist. Women are not house ornaments, and neither do women blow with the wind. They usually have to fight the wind to get anything done.
And weather vanes don't rust if they are protected and taken care of.

When it comes to thrillers or crime suspense, I tend to avoid any spoiler beforehand in case that'll spoil all the fun. So let's concentrate on Voltaire's quotes for a while instead of making unintentional potential spoilers.
